My life credo: “take everything what life gives you, but also, which is even more important, what it doesn’t provide”. HRONAS UAB has provided the best conditions for me to apply in practice everything, what I have learned during my studies abroad.
I am glad that during my Bachelor degree studies I have had a chance of going abroad to continue my studies. There, I have gained invaluable experience of the English language I have been further successfully applying at my present job.

I was employed at HRONAS UAB some two years ago, immediately after the graduation of my Master degree studies at Vilnius Gediminas’ Technical University, where I obtained a construction economics and business specialty. In this company, I have been provided with excellent self-improvement and career possibilities. The internal environment in the company encourages initiative and new ideas. Although it has been nearly one and a half year, I have found my place in the company and I am very glad of my achievements.

I came to HRONAS for my manufacturing practice after my third year at the University. I was a real “greenhorn” at the time without any understanding of what job and responsibility were. I was accepted to the Project Manager Assistant’s position. After two years of practice, I was offered a job during summer, after the summer, an offer came to stay for all. Now I am an Engineer – Constructor, but this is not still my ceiling.

While applying for a position at HRONAS UAB, I had some little fears whether I might be useful here. I was accepted, moreover, people trusted in me. Perfect conditions were created for me to adapt, graduate my studies and … seek further career. To the HRONAS UAB, I came three years ago, after graduation my Bachelor degree studies at Vilnius Gediminas’ Technical University. During this period, my career has developed from an assembler to the present position of the Senior Engineer - Constructor. The Management of HRONAS UAB approves its employees’ actions for improving their qualification and encourages their further training initiatives. Therefore I had any difficulty in continuation of my full-time Master degree’s studies, which I successfully finished last year.  I invite young specialists to join the harmonious and joyful HRONAS UAB team, and prove through their own actions that the years spent at the University have not only contributed to gaining the degree, but also to becoming professionals in their chosen area.

I started my career at HRONAS UAB still being the third year student. I have come to a rapidly growing company and started growing together. The company has provided all possibilities to implement all my ideas and apply my knowledge in practice. Most of all I am thankful to my teachers at Vilnius Gediminas’ Technical University, who have given all the knowledge I need at my present job, and the Company Management, who have noticed and appreciated my skills.
