Employees are the main asset of Hronas. We are thankful to them for us being the market leaders in Lithuania at the moment, therefore we seek to develop the best working conditions for them as we can, encourage their personal and professional perfection, and even through spending our leisure time together we try to make closer acquaintance with our employees and strengthen our team spirit.

All employees of the Hronas Company gather together on the traditional occasions: we celebrate St. John’s Day and Christmas by the entire team. Besides, during the year, we are engaged in common sports events. The Hronas employees promote the company’s name at different sports tournaments. In anticipation of festivals and sports competitions, we invite all employees to visit the swimming pool once a week.
