March 31, 2005. Facades of the Vilniaus Vartai Complex to be Installed by Hronas
On April 11, a leader in production of windows and facades, the company Hronas commences the works at the largest so far façade construction project in Lithuania, modern commercial and residential housing complex Vilniaus Vartai to be erected at the intersection of the Gelezinio Vilko, Gyneju and Lukiskiu Streets. Hronas will mount its aluminum – glass structure facades and ventilated facades with ceramic tile and façade louver finish at the complex planned for opening in March, next year. March 2, 2005. Hronas Facades will Cooperate with the Scandinavian Leading Construction Company
The Façade Department of the leading window and façade producer in Lithuania, the Hronas Company has signed a long-term cooperation contract with NCC Denmark Constructions, the Division of the largest construction corporation in Scandinavia, NCC. The contract will provide Hronas with a possibility to perform construction works not only in Denmark, but also any Scandinavian country, anywhere the NCC concern will implement its design projects. February 2, 2005. Successful Results in 2004 by the Hronas Corporate Group Determined by the Network Development and Strengthening of its Production Capacities
During the last year, sales by the leading domestic window producer, the Hronas Group (including Altavis UAB and Hrono Statyba UAB) increased by 28 percent as compared to 2003, and exceeded 116 million Litas. In 2004, the most rapid development was that of the Company’s plastic windows sales reaching up to 50 percent, and aluminum and glass facades made up the largest share (40.4 million Litas) in the total sales by Hronas. Within 2004, Hronas produced 243 thousand square meters of windows and facades, or by 24 percent more than a year ago. More>>
